Construction has been a major part of my life for decades, but when I need to step away from the jobsite and recharge my batteries, you’ll probably find me doing one of my other passions:
Fishing.
I love getting on my boat and heading offshore.
There’s something about being out on the ocean, away from the phones, estimates, schedules, and construction projects, that gives me a chance to reset.
I’m passionate about chasing salmon, Dungeness crab, and bluefin tuna.
Fishing requires patience, preparation, persistence, and knowing when to make the right move.
In some ways, construction isn’t that different.
You plan.
You prepare.
You solve problems.
You adapt when conditions change.
And when everything comes together, you enjoy the result.
