About Rojas Construction & Remodeling
We are a family-owned construction and remodeling company based in Walnut Creek. Founded in 2007, Rojas helps East Bay homeowners improve the homes they already love—with practical planning, experienced craftsmanship, and clear communication.
Our work includes kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, ADUs, and structural remodeling.
Meet Tito Gutierrez, founder
I was born in Mexico and moved to the United States in 1991. Working with my hands and improving homes became a career I take pride in. After years of construction experience, I founded Rojas Construction & Remodeling in 2007.
My approach is straightforward: build it right, treat people right, and take responsibility for the work. Remodeling is a major investment, so I stay involved, communicate with homeowners, and work through problems as they arise.
What means the most to me is when a customer calls again years later or recommends us to a friend. Read my story.
Planning, communication, and care for your home
We discuss your goals, review the existing conditions, and define the construction scope. Your proposal identifies the agreed work, material responsibilities, and payment terms. During construction, we keep you informed about decisions and changes.

Outside the jobsite
Fishing is how I recharge. I love spending time offshore, enjoying the ocean, and returning with a clear mind and renewed energy for the next project.
Do not wait for the perfect house. Take the house you have and make it perfect.
