The Rojas Way: From Your Idea to the Finished Home
A successful remodel starts with understanding how you want to use your home. Our process brings your goals, the existing conditions, and the construction scope together before work begins.
1. Share your project goals
Tell us your project city, the rooms involved, and your priorities. Photos, inspiration, and existing plans help us prepare for a useful conversation. We confirm whether the project fits our services and availability.
2. Review the home and the scope
We discuss the layout, visible conditions, access, and work needed. Structural changes may require engineering. Additions and ADUs need a property-specific review of plans, utilities, and local requirements. Concealed conditions may only become clear once work starts.
3. Make selections and review the proposal
The proposal defines the included work, material responsibilities, payment terms, and exclusions. Discuss cabinets, tile, fixtures, and other selections early so the budget and construction sequence reflect your choices.
4. Prepare for construction
Discuss permits and inspections where required, site access, protection of existing spaces, material deliveries, and how the work will affect daily life. The expected schedule depends on scope, approvals, and availability.
5. Stay informed during the work
We communicate about progress and decisions. If a concealed condition or requested change affects the work, we discuss the scope, price, and schedule impact before proceeding with the change.
6. Review the finished project
Walk through the work, identify any remaining agreed items, and discuss care information for your new finishes and fixtures.
