I’m Tito Gutierrez, founder of Rojas Construction and Remodeling, Inc., a licensed general contractor based in Walnut Creek and proudly serving the entire Bay Area. My journey in the construction and remodeling industry began with a passion for building and a drive to create spaces that enhance people’s lives.
Born in Mexico and raised with strong values of hard work and craftsmanship, I moved to the United States in 1991 with big dreams. What started as small hands-on projects quickly evolved into a full-fledged career in residential construction. I discovered early on that remodeling homes wasn’t just a job—it was my purpose.
In 2007, I turned that passion into a business and launched Rojas Construction and Remodeling, Inc., specializing in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, full home remodels, ADU construction, structural upgrades, and foundation work.
